OET (OET-RV) And Tryphon sought to reign over Asia and to crown himself, and to stretch out his hand against Antiochus the king.
BrLXX Καὶ ἐζήτησε Τρύφων βασιλεῦσαι τῆς Ἀσίας, καὶ περιθέσθαι τὸ διάδημα, καὶ ἐκτεῖναι χεῖρα ἐπὶ Ἀντίοχον τὸν βασιλέα.
(Kai ezaʸtaʸse Trufōn basileusai taʸs Asias, kai perithesthai to diadaʸma, kai ekteinai ⱪeira epi Antioⱪon ton basilea. )
BrTr Now Tryphon went about to get the kingdom of Asia, and to kill Antiochus the king, that he might set the crown upon his own head.
WEBBE And Tryphon sought to reign over Asia and to crown himself, and to stretch out his hand against Antiochus the king.
DRA Now when Tryphon had conceived a design to make himself king of Asia, and to take the crown, and to stretch out his hand against king Antiochus:
