OET (OET-RV) Behold, Simon your brother, whom I know to be a man of counsel. Always listen to him. He shall be a father to you.
BrLXX Καὶ ἰδοὺ Συμεὼν ὁ ἀδελφὸς ὑμῶν, οἶδα ὅτι ἀνὴρ βουλῆς ἐστιν, αὐτοῦ ἀκούετε πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας, αὐτὸς ὑμῖν ἔσται εἰς πατέρα.
(Kai idou Sumeōn ho adelfos humōn, oida hoti anaʸr boulaʸs estin, autou akouete pasas tas haʸmeras, autos humin estai eis patera. )
BrTr And, behold, I know that your brother Simon is a man of counsel, give ear unto him alway: he shall be a father unto you.
