OET (OET-RV) When Lysias learnt that the king was dead, he set up Antiochus his son to reign, whom he had nourished up being young, and he called his name Eupator.
BrLXX Καὶ ἐπέγνω Λυσίας ὅτι τέθνηκεν ὁ βασιλεύς, καὶ κατέστησε βασιλεύειν Ἀντίοχον τὸν υἱὸν αὐτοῦ ἀντʼ αὐτοῦ, ὃν ἐξέθρεψε νεώτερον, καὶ ἐκάλεσε τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ Εὐπάτορα.
(Kai epegnō Lusias hoti tethnaʸken ho basileus, kai katestaʸse basileuein Antioⱪon ton huion autou antʼ autou, hon exethrepse neōteron, kai ekalese to onoma autou Eupatora. )
