5 And _ YHWH _ he/it _ descendedfor _ seeing DOM the _ city and _ DOM the _ tower which the _ children_ ofthey _ had_ builtthe _ humankind .
6 And _ YHWH _ he/it _ saidhere a _ peopleone and _ (a) _ languageone to/for _ all _ them and _ this their _ beginning for _ doing and _ now not it _ will_ be_ withheldfrom _ them all that they _ will_ planfor _ doing .
7 Come _ now let _ us_ go_ downand _ let _ us_ confusethere their _ language that not they _ will_ heareach the _ language_ ofhis/its _ neighbour .
8 And _ YHWH _ he/it _ scatteredDOM _ them from _ there over the _ surface_ ofall _ ofthe _ earth/land and _ they _ stoppedto _ build the _ city .
9 On/upon/above/on _ account_ of//he/it_ went_ inyes/correct/thus/so someone _ calledhis/its _ name Bāⱱel if/because there YHWH he _ confusedthe _ language_ ofall _ ofthe _ earth/land and _ from _ there he/it _ scattered_ them YHWH over the _ surface_ ofall _ ofthe _ earth/land .
10 these [are] _ the_ accounts_ ofShēm Shēm [was] _ a_ son_ ofone _ hundred_ ofyear[s] and _ he/it _ fatheredDOM ʼArpaksad two _ yearsafter the _ flood .
11 And _ he/it _ livedShēm after fathering _ by _ him/itDOM ʼArpaksad five hundred(s) year[s] and _ he/it _ fatheredsons and _ daughters .
12 and _ Arpakshad he _ livedfive and _ thirty year[s] and _ he/it _ fatheredDOM Shelaḩ .
13 And _ ʼArpaksad _ he/it _ livedafter fathering _ by _ him/itDOM Shelaḩ three years and _ four hundred(s) year[s] and _ he/it _ fatheredsons and _ daughters .
14 and _ Shelaḩ he _ livedthirty year[s] and _ he/it _ fatheredDOM ˊĒⱱēr .
15 And _ he/it _ livedShelaḩ after fathering _ by _ him/itDOM ˊĒⱱēr three years and _ four hundred(s) year[s] and _ he/it _ fatheredsons and _ daughters .

26 and _ he/it _ livedTerah seventy year[s] and _ he/it _ fatheredDOM Abram DOM Nāḩōr and _ DOM Ḩārān .

28 And _ Ḩārān _ he/it _ diedon the _ face_ ofTerah his/its _ father in _ land his/its _ descendants in _ Ur of _ [the]_ _ from_ Kasdiy29 And _ Abram _ he/it _ tookand _ Nāḩōr to/for _ them wives the _ name_ ofthe _ wife_ ofAbram [was] _ Saraiand _ name _ ofthe _ wife_ ofNāḩōr [was] _ Milcahthe _ daughter_ ofḨārān the _ father_ ofMilcah and _ father _ ofIscah .
30 And _ it _ becameSarai barren there _ [belonged]_ notto/for _ her/it a _ child31 And _ Terah _ he/it _ tookDOM Abram his/its _ son and _ DOM Lōţ the _ son_ ofḨārān the _ son_ ofhis/its _ son and _ DOM Sarai his/its _ daughter-in-law the _ wife_ ofAbram his/its _ son and _ they _ went_ outwith _ them from _ Ur of _ [the]_ _ from_ Kasdiyto _ go towards _ land of _ Kinaˊan/(Canaan)and _ they _ cameto Ḩārān and _ they _ livedthere .
32 And _ the _ days_ of_ they _ wereof _ Terahfive years and _ two _ hundredsyear[s] and _ Terah _ he/it _ diedin _ Ḩārān .
