15 And_it_was_finished the_money from_the_land_of Miʦrayim and_from_the_land_of Kənaˊan/(Canaan) and_ all_of _they_came Miʦrayim to Yōşēf to_say come_NOW to/for_ourselves food and_for_what will_we_die before_you if/because money it_has_come_to_an_end.
16 And_ Yōşēf _he/it_said give livestock_of_your(pl) so_that_I_may_give_it to/for_you(pl) for_livestock_of_your if it_has_come_to_an_end money.
17 And_they_brought DOM livestock_of_their to Yōşēf and_he/it_gave to/for_them Yōşēf food for_horses and_for_the_livestock_of the_flock[s] and_for_the_livestock_of the_herd[s] and_for_donkeys and_he_provided_them with_food in_all livestock_of_their in_year the_that.
18 And_it_was_finished the_year the_that and_they_came to_him/it in_year the_second(fs) and_they_said to_him/it not we_will_hide from_master_of_my if/because_that if it_has_been_finished the_money and_the_livestock_of the_cattle/livestock is_to my_master not it_is_left to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before my_master except (if) body_of_our and_land_of_our.
19 To/for_what will_we_die to_eyes_of_your both we as_well_as land_of_our buy us and_DOM land_of_our for_food and_we_will_be we and_land_of_our slaves of_Parˊoh and_give seed so_that_we_may_live and_not we_will_die and_the_land not it_will_be_desolate.
20 And_ Yōşēf/(Joseph) _he_bought DOM all_of the_land_of Miʦrayim/(Egypt) for_Parˊoh if/because Miʦrayim they_sold everyone field_of_his if/because it_was_severe on_them the_famine and_it_became the_earth/land to_Parˊoh.
21 And_DOM the_people he_brought_in DOM_him/it to_cities from_the_end_of the_territory_of Miʦrayim and_unto end_of_its.
22 Only the_land_of the_priests not he_bought if/because an_allowance belonged_to_priests from_with Parˊoh and_they_eat DOM allowance_of_their which he_gave to/for_them Parˊoh therefore yes/correct/thus/so not they_sold DOM land_of_their.
23 And_ Yōşēf _he/it_said to the_people HERE I_have_bought you(pl) the_day and_DOM land_of_your(pl) for_Parˊoh HERE to/for_you(pl) is_seed and_you(pl)_will_sow DOM the_soil.
24 And_it_was at_harvest(s) and_you(pl)_will_give a_fifth to_Parˊoh and_four the_hands it_will_belong to/for_you(pl) to_(the)_seed_of the_field and_to_food_of_your(pl) and_for_those_who are_in_households_of_your(pl) and_to_eat for_your_little_of_one[s].
25 And_they_said you_have_preserved_us_alive may_we_find favour in/on_both_eyes_of my_master and_we_will_be slaves of_Parˊoh.
26 And_he/it_assigned Yōşēf DOM_her/it to_a_regulation until the_day the_this on the_land_of Miʦrayim/(Egypt) belongs_to_Parˊoh to_part only the_land_of the_priests theirs_alone not it_belonged to_Parˊoh.
27 And_ Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) _he/it_sat_down//remained//lived in_land of_Miʦrayim in_land of_Goshen and_they_had_possessions in_it and_they_were_fruitful and_they_multiplied exceedingly.
28 And_ Yaˊₐqoⱱ/(Jacob) _he/it_lived in_land of_Miʦrayim seven- teen year[s] and_he/it_was the_days_of Yaˊₐqoⱱ the_years_of his/its_life seven years and_forty and_one_hundred year[s].
29 And_ the_days_of _they_drew_near of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel)[fn] to_die and_he/it_called (to)_son_of_his (to)_Yōşēf/(Joseph) and_he/it_said to_him/it if please I_have_found favour in_eyes_of_your put please hand_of_your under thigh_of_my and_you_will_do with_me loyalty and_faithfulness do_not please bury_me in_Miʦrayim.

31 And_he/it_said swear_an_oath to_me and_he_swore_an_oath to_him/it and_ Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) _he_bowed_down at the_head_of the_bed.
