OET (OET-RV) because I’ll bring them back from the land of Egypt (Heb. Mitsrayim)
⇔ ≈ and gather them from Assyria.
⇔ I’ll bring them to the land of Gilead and Lebanon
⇔ until the region is filled with them.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / merism
וַהֲשִֽׁיבוֹתִים֙ מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֔יִם וּמֵֽאַשּׁ֖וּר אֲקַבְּצֵ֑ם
(Some words not found in UHB: and,I,will_bring_them_back from,the_land_of Miʦrayim/(Egypt) and,from,Assyria I,will_gather_them and=near/to earth/land Gilˊād and,Lebanon I,will_bring_them and=not found to/for=them )
Yahweh is referring to all the places from which he will bring his people back by naming two extremes, the land of Egypt and Assyria. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [I will bring them back from every land, including Egypt and Assyria]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
וְלֹ֥א יִמָּצֵ֖א לָהֶֽם
and=not found to/for=them
The expression will not be found is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and they will not have enough room]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
