The phrase Thus says Yahweh of Armies introduces a direct quotation from Yahweh. In your translation, use a natural way of introducing direct quotations in your language. It may not be necessary to represent this phrase in exactly this way.

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of access, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [and I will allow you to be]

Yahweh is using a construction in which a verb and its object come from the same root. You may be able to use the same construction in your language to express the meaning here. Alternatively, your language may have another way of saying this.

If it would be clearer in your language, you could translate this so that there is not a quotation within a quotation. Here the angel is quoting Yahweh of Armies, whose words form a second level of quotation within the angel’s speech. Alternate translation: [Yahweh of Armies has said: “If you will walk in my ways] or [Yahweh of Armies says that if you will walk in his ways]
