OET (OET-LV) And_he/it_said these are_the_two_of the_sons_of the_fresh_oil who_stand at the_master_of all_of the_earth/land.
OET (OET-RV) Then he said, “Those are the two anointed men[fn] who stand before the master of the whole world.”
4:14 It’s not clear who this is referring to.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / possession
אֲד֥וֹן כָּל־הָאָֽרֶץ
master_of all/each/any/every the=earth/land
The angel is using the possessive form to describe a Lord who rules all the earth. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [the Lord who rules all the earth]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
שְׁנֵ֣י בְנֵֽי־הַיִּצְהָ֑ר
two_of sons_of of,the_fresh_oil
The angel is using sons of the fresh oil as a common expression of the culture to mean the people who have been anointed to serve. If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [are the two servants who were anointed]
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
