If your language does not use abstract nouns for the ideas of confusion and madness, you could express the same ideas in other ways. Alternate translation: [I will strike every horse so that it becomes bewildered and its rider so that he becomes crazed]

Here Yahweh is speaking of the people of Judah as if they were a house, a single household. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the Judean people]

אֶפְקַ֣ח אֶת־עֵינַ֔⁠י

Yahweh is using I will open my eyes as a common expression of the culture to mean “I will watch over and protect.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I will keep watch protectively]
