OET (OET-LV) And_I_will_pour_out on the_house_of Dāvid and_on the_inhabitant[s]_of Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) a_spirit_of favour and_supplications and_they_will_look to_me DOM the_one_whom they_have_pierced_through and_they_will_mourn on/upon/above_him/it like_mourning on (the)_only_son and_they_will_show_bitterness on/upon/above_him/it as_shows_bitterness on (the)_firstborn.
OET (OET-RV) But I will pour out a spirit of compassion and pleading on David’s descendants and the inhabitants of Yerushalem, so they will look on me—the one they’ve pierced. They’ll mourn for me, as one mourns for an only son—they will wail bitterly for him like those who wail after the death of a firstborn son.

It is understood that the “son” has died. Alternate translation: “for an only son who has died”
12:10 pour out: This word describes the outpouring of God’s spirit of prophecy upon Israel and all people on the day of the Lord (cp. Ezek 39:28-29; Joel 2:28-29) and God’s judgment upon the wicked (Lam 2:4; Hos 5:10; Zeph 3:8).
• a spirit of grace: God’s unmerited and unsought favor persuades God’s people to seek him in contrite and repentant prayer (see Ps 86:15-16).
• me whom they have pierced: The New Testament understands the piercing of God as a reference to the piercing of the Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth (John 19:34-37; Rev 1:7).

They’ll mourn for me, as one mourns for an only son—they will wail bitterly for him like those who wail after the death of a firstborn son.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
