Yahweh speaks of himself by name to express the certainty of what he is declaring. See how you translated this in Zechariah 1:3. Alternate translation: “this is what Yahweh of hosts has declared” or “this is what I, Yahweh of hosts, have declared”

Causing the people to no longer mention the names of idols is spoken of as if Yahweh would “cut off the names of the idols from the land.” Alternate translation: “I will cause the people to no longer mention the names of the idols”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom

If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “so that they no longer think about the idols” (See also: figs-activepassive)
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
(Occurrence 0) I will remove the prophets and the spirit of impurity from the land
(Some words not found in UHB: and=it_was in/on/at/with,day (the)=that declares_of YHWH armies/messengers cut_off DOM names_of the,idols from/more_than the=earth/land and=not remembered again/more and=also DOM the,prophets and=DOM spirit_of the,unclean remove from/more_than the=earth/land )
The prophets may refer to “false prophets.” The spirit of impurity is spoken of as if it were physically unclean. Alternate translation: “I will also remove from the land the false prophets and their evil spirits”
13:2 By cleansing Israel, God would erase their former penchant for idol worship, giving them a new heart and enabling them to worship God alone (Jer 31:33; 32:38-40; Ezek 36:25-28).
• In the biblical world, one’s name embodied one’s existence. When the names of the idols are forgotten, they cease to exist.
• The false prophets misrepresented God by fabricating divine revelations or by speaking in the name of other gods (Deut 13:5-11; 18:17-22). They led Israel astray by encouraging idol worship (Jer 23:13, 25) and would continue to do so (see Neh 6:12-14; Mark 13:22; 2 Pet 2:1; 1 Jn 4:1-3) until that day, the day of the Lord.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
