Yahweh is presenting a possible condition, that these things will only happen if the people obey Yahweh. Use a natural form in your language for introducing a condition that could happen. It may be helpful to reorder this sentence so that the conditional statement is first.

Yahweh is repeating forms of the verb listen in order to intensify his expression of the idea that it conveys. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [you will certainly listen]
