Yahweh is using the term Behold to focus his listeners’ attention on what he is about to say. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation. Alternate translation: [Look]

צֶ֤מַח שְׁמ⁠וֹ֙

Here Yahweh is speaking of this future king as if he were a Branch growing from a plant. He means that this person will arise from the line of David. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Descendant is his name]

הִנֵּה אִ֞ישׁ צֶ֤מַח שְׁמ⁠וֹ֙

see/lo/see! (a)_man branch his/its=name

Here Yahweh is introducing the Branch as a new participant in the prophecy. Your language may have its own way of introducing new participants that you can use in your translation.

Here Yahweh is speaking of this future king as if he were a plant that would sprout from the ground. He means that this person will arise and emerge. Yahweh is using a construction in which a verb and its subject come from the same root. You may be able to use the same construction in your language to express the meaning here. Alternatively, your language may have another way of saying this. Alternate translation: [Branch … he will branch off]
