18 Having _said these things, Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) came _out with the apprentices/followers of _him beyond the winter _stream of _the Kedrōn/(Qidrōn), where was a_garden, into which he and the apprentices/followers of _him came _in.
2 And Youdas/(Yəhūdāh) who giving_ him _over had_ also _known, the place, because often Yaʸsous was _gathered _together There with the apprentices/followers of _him.
3 therefore the Youdas having _received the cohort, and attendants from the chief _priests and Farisaios_party, is _coming there with lanterns, and torches, and weapons.
4 Yaʸsous therefore having _known all the things coming on him, having _come _out he _said to _them:
Whom are _you _all _seeking?
5 They _answered to _him:
Yaʸsous the from _Nazaret.

I am he.

6 Therefore when he _said to _them:

And they said:
Yaʸsous the from _Nazaret.
8 Answered Yaʸsous:
I _told to _you _all that I am he.
Therefore if you _all _are _seeking me, allow these to _be _going _away, 9 in _order _that the message may _be _fulfilled that he _said, that Whom you _have _given to _me, I_ not _lost no _one of them.
10 Therefore Simōn Petros having a_sword, drew it and struck the slave of _the chief _priest, and cut _off the the right ear of _him.

11 Therefore the Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) said to_ the _Petros:
Put the sword into the sheath, the cup which the father has _given to _me, by _no _means I _may_ not _drink it?

19 Therefore the chief _priest asked the Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) concerning the apprentices/followers of _him, and concerning the teaching of _him.
20 Yaʸsous answered to _him:
I have _spoken with _plainness to _the world, I always taught in the_synagogue and in the temple, where all the Youdaiōns are _coming _together, and I _spoke nothing in secret.
21 Why are _you _asking me?
Ask the ones having _heard what I _spoke to _them, see, these have _known what I said.
22 And these things of _him having _said, one of _the ones attendants having _stood _by gave a_slap to_ the _Yaʸsous having _said:
Are _you _answering thus to _the chief _priest?
23 Yaʸsous answered to _him:
If I _spoke wrongly, testify concerning the evil, but if rightly, why are _you _beating me?
24 Therefore the Annas sent_ him _out, having _been _bound to Kaiafas the chief _priest.
25 And Simōn Petros was having _stood and warming himself.
Therefore they _said to _him:
Are not you also of the apprentices/followers of _him?
That one he _disowned and said:
I _am not.
26 one of the slaves of _the chief _priest, being a_relative of _whom Petros cut _off his ear Is _saying:
Not I saw you in the garden with him?
27 Therefore again Petros disowned, and immediately a_rooster crowed.
28 Therefore they _are _leading the Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) from the Kaiafas into the residence _of _the _governor, and it _was early.
And they not came _in into the residence _of _the _governor, in _order _that they _may_ not _be _defiled, but they _may _eat the passover_feast.
29 Therefore the Pilatos came _out outside to them and is _saying:
What accusation are _you _all _bringing against this the man?
30 They _answered and said to _him:
Except not/lest this one was doing evil, we_ would not _gave _over him to _you 31 Therefore Pilatos said to _them:
You _all take him, and judge according _to the law of _you _all, him.

Are you the king of _the Youdaiōns?
34 Yaʸsous answered Are_ you _saying this of yourself, or others said it to _you concerning me?
35 The Pilatos answered:
Surely _not am I a_Youdaios?

What is truth?
And having _said this, he _came _out again to the Youdaiōns, and is _saying to _them:
I am _finding not _one Guilt in him.
39 But it _is a_custom with _you _all, that I _may _send _away one to _you _all at the passover_feast, therefore are _you _all _wishing I _may _send _away to _you _all the king of _the Youdaiōns?
40 Therefore they _cried _out again saying:
Not this one, but the Barabbas.
And the Barabbas was a_robber.
