5 After these things there _was a_feast of _the Youdaiōns, and Yaʸsous went _up to Hierousalaʸm/(Yərūshālayim).
2 And there _is a_pool in the Hierousalaʸm at the sheep _gate, which being _called Baʸthsaida In _Hebraios, having five porticos.
3 In these a_multitude of _the ones ailing, blind, lame, paralyzed.
was _lying, 4  5 And was a_certain man there, being thirty eight years in the sicknesses of _him.
6 The Yaʸsous having _seen this one lying _down, and having _known that he _is_ already _having much time, he _is _saying to _him:
You _are _wanting healthy to _become?
7 The one ailing answered to _him:
Master, I _am_ not _having a_person, in _order _that whenever the water may _be _disturbed, he _may _put me into the pool, in but which am _coming I, another before me is _coming _down.
8 The Yaʸsous is _saying to _him:
Be _raising, take _up the pallet of _you, and be _walking.
9 And immediately the man became healthy, and took _up the pallet of _him, and was _walking.
And it _was the_day _of _rest on that the day.
10 Therefore the Youdaiōns were _saying to _the one having _been _healed:
It _is the_day _of _rest, and it _is_ not _permitting for _you to _take _up the pallet of _you.
11 but the_one answered to _them:
The one having _made me healthy, that one said to _me:
Take _up the pallet of _you and be _walking.
12 They _asked him:
Who is the man which having _said to _you:
Take _up and be _walking?
13 But the one having _been _healed not had _known who he _is, the for Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) bowed _out, a_crowd being in the place.
14 After these things the Yaʸsous is _finding him in the temple, and he _said to _him:
Behold, you _have _become healthy, be_ no _longer _sinning, in _order _that something worse may_ not _become to _you.
15 The man went _away, and declared to _the Youdaiōns that Yaʸsous is the one having _made him healthy.
16 And because _of this, the Youdaiōns were _persecuting the Yaʸsous, because he _was _doing these things on a_day _of _rest.
17 But he answered to _them:
The father of _me is _working until now, and _I am _working.
18 Therefore because _of this, the Youdaiōns were_ more _seeking him to _kill _off, because he _was_ not only _breaking the day _of _rest, but also he _was _calling god ^his_own father the, making himself equal to_ the _god.
19 Therefore the Yaʸsous answered, and was _saying to _them:
Truly, truly, I _am _saying to _you _all, the son is_ not _able to _be _doing nothing of himself, except not/lest anything may _be _seeing the father doing, because/for whatever wishfully that one may _be _doing, these things also the son likewise is _doing.
20 For/Because the father is _loving the son, and is _showing all things to _him which himself is _doing, and he _will _be _showing greater than these things works to _him, in _order _that you _all may _be _marvelling.
21 For/Because as the father is _raising the dead and is _giving _life, thus also the son, is _giving _life whom is _willing.
22 For/Because and _not the father is _judging no _one, but has _given the all judgment to _the son, 23 in _order _that all may _be _honouring the son, as they _are _honouring the father.
The one not honouring the son, is_ not _honouring the father, the one having _sent him.
24 Truly, truly, I _am _saying to _you _all that the one hearing the message of _me, and believing in _the one having _sent me, is _having eternal life, and is_ not _coming into judgment, but has _departed out _of the death into the life.
25 Truly, truly, I _am _saying to _you _all that an_hour is _coming and now is, when the dead will _be _hearing of _the voice of _the son of_ the _god, and the ones having _heard will _be _living.
26 For/Because as the father is _having life in himself, thus also he _gave life to _the son to _be _having in himself, 27 and he _gave authority to _him to _be _executing judgment, because he _is the_son of _Man.
28 Be_ not _marvelling at _this, because an_hour is _coming in which all the ones in the tombs will _be _hearing of _the voice of _him, 29 and the ones having _practiced the good things they _will _be _going _out, to the_resurrection of _life, and the ones the having _done evil things, to the_resurrection of _judgment.
30 I am_ not _being _able to _be _doing nothing of myself, as I _am _hearing, I _am _judging, and the my the judgment is righteous, because I _am_ not _seeking the my the will, but the will of _the one having _sent me.
31 If I may _be _testifying concerning myself, the testimony of _me is not true.
32 Another is the one testifying concerning me, and I _have _known that the testimony which he _is _testifying concerning me is true.
33 You _all have _sent _out to Yōannaʸs, and he _has _testified to _the truth.
34 But I am_ not _receiving the testimony from human _origin, but these things I _am _saying, in _order _that you _all may _be _saved.
35 That one was the lamp which being _burned and shining, and you _all willed to _be _exulted for a_hour in the light of _him.
36 But I am _having the testimony greater than the Yōannaʸs, because/for the works that the father has _given to _me, in _order _that I _may _complete them, the same works which I _am _doing, is _testifying concerning me that the father has _sent_ me _out.
37 And the father having _sent me, that one has _testified concerning me.
You _all _have_ neither _heard the_voice of _him ever, nor have _you _all _seen appearance of _him.
38 And you _all _are_ not _having the message of _him remaining in you _all, because you _all are_ not _believing in _this one that one whom he _sent _out.
39 You _all _are _searching the scriptures, because you _all are _supposing to _be _having eternal life in them, and those are the ones testifying concerning me, 40 and you _all _are_ not _willing to _come to me, in _order _that you _all _may _be _having life.
41 I _am_ not _receiving glory from humans, 42 but I _have _known that you _all you _all _are_ not _having the love of_ the _god in yourselves.
43 I have _come in the name of _the father of _me, and you _all _are_ not _receiving me, if another may _come in the his own name, you _all _will _be _receiving that one.
44 How are_ you _all _being _able to _believe, receiving glory from one _another, and you _all _are_ not _seeking the glory which is from the only?
god?
45 Not be _supposing that I will _be _accusing against _you _all before the father.
the one accusing against _you _all Is Mōsaʸs/(Mosheh), in whom you _all have _hoped.
46 For/Because if you _all _were _believing in _Mōsaʸs, you _all _were _believing wishfully in _me, because/for that one wrote concerning me.
47 But if you _all _are_ not _believing in _the writings of _that one, how will _you _all _be _believing the in _my messages?
