BrLXX Διὸ, δέσποτα κύριε, μὴ παρέλθῃς τὸν λόγον αὐτοῦ, ἀλλὰ κατάθου αὐτὸν ἐν τῇ καρδίᾳ σου, ὅτι ἀληθής ἐστιν· οὐ γὰρ ἐκδικᾶται τὸ γένος ἡμῶν, οὐ κατισχύει ῥομφαία ἐπʼ αὐτοὺς, ἐὰν μὴ ἁμάρτωσιν εἰς τὸν Θεὸν αὐτῶν.
(Dio, despota kurie, maʸ parelthaʸs ton logon autou, alla katathou auton en taʸ kardia sou, hoti alaʸthaʸs estin; ou gar ekdikatai to genos haʸmōn, ou katisⱪuei ɽomfaia epʼ autous, ean maʸ hamartōsin eis ton Theon autōn. )
BrTr Therefore, O lord and governor, reject not his word; but lay it up in thine heart, for it is true: for our nation shall not be punished, neither can the sword prevail against them, except they sin against their God.
WEBBE Therefore, O lord and master, don’t neglect his word, but lay it up in your heart, for it is true; for our race will not be punished, neither will the sword prevail against them, unless they sin against their God.
