Paul speaks as if Jesus were a place in which complete divinity (fullness of deity) lives (dwells). This metaphor indicates that Jesus, who is human (in bodily form), is truly and fully God. If this metaphor does not indicate Jesus’ full divinity and full humanity in your language, you could express this idea with a metaphor that does indicate this or express the idea plainly. Alternate translation: [he is both fully God and fully man]
