Paul is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. Here, the phrase before our God and Father refers to being in the presence of our God and Father. In this case, the phrase emphasizes that God is the one who will declare the Thessalonians to be blameless in holiness. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this idea more explicit. Alternate translation: “in the presence of our God and Father” or “according to our God and Father”

Here, the phrase our God and Father refers to the one divine person who is both God and Father. The word God and the word Father refer to the same person. Here, the phrase the coming of our Lord Jesus refers to the specific time in the future when Jesus will come back to earth, judge everyone, punish unbelievers, and reward believers. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this idea more explicit. Alternate translation: “when our Lord Jesus comes back to earth” or “at return of our Lord Jesus to us”
