מֵֽ⁠חַטֹּ֣את נְבִיאֶ֔י⁠הָ עֲוֺנ֖וֹת כֹּהֲנֶ֑י⁠הָ

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words.
