ULT Those who swear by the sin of Samaria[fn]
⇔ and say, ‘As your god lives, Dan,’
⇔ and, ‘As the way to Beersheba exists’—[fn]
⇔ they will fall and never rise again.”
Instead of the sin of Samaria, some versions have Ashimah of Samaria. Ashimah was the name of a pagan goddess worshiped in some parts of Syria.
The Hebrew text has As the way to Beersheba exists, where this might refer to what people going to worship Beersheba’s idols might have said. However, some versions change the Hebrew text to read As the loved one of Beersheba lives. Here “loved one” stands for an idol worshiped in Beersheba.

(Some words not found in UHB: the,swear in/on/at/with,guilt Shomrōn and,say lives god,your Dān and,lives road/way_of בְּאֵר שָׁבַע and,fall and=not rise again/more )

This is probably a reference to the roads that pilgrims would take to Beersheba in order to worship idols there. Again, this is a way of making a solemn oath. They state that the way to Beersheba certainly exists in order to emphasize that they will certainly do what they promise to do.
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom

This is an idiom. Alternate translation: “they will die”
