BrTrbut it shall not be well with the ungodly, and he shall not prolong his days, which are as a shadow; forasmuch as he fears not before God.

ULTBut it will not be good for the wicked, nor will he lengthen his days like the shadow, because he is not fearing before the face of God.

USTI also know that things will not go well for those who are evil, because they do not honor God. Shadows do not last a long time. Similarly, evil people will not live a long time.
