OET (OET-RV) Moreover, whoever they desired to help and to make kings, these they make kings; and whoever they desired, they depose. They are exalted exceedingly.
BrLXX ὅσοις δʼ ἂν βούλωνται βοηθεῖν καὶ βασιλεύειν, βασιλεύουσιν· οὓς δʼ ἂν βούλωνται, μεθιστῶσι, καὶ ὑψώθησαν σφόδρα·
(hosois dʼ an boulōntai boaʸthein kai basileuein, basileuousin; hous dʼ an boulōntai, methistōsi, kai hupsōthaʸsan sfodra; )
BrTr also that, whom they would help to a kingdom, those reign; and whom again they would, they displace: finally, that they were greatly exalted:
