BrLXX Τὰ δὲ ἐκ τῆς Ἰουδαίας πεφυγαδευκότα τὸν Ἰούδαν ἔθνη συνέμισγον ἀγεληδὸν τῷ Νικάνορι, τὰς τῶν Ἰουδαίων ἀτυχίας καὶ συμφορὰς, ἰδίας εὐημερίας δοκοῦντες ἔσεσθαι.
(Ta de ek taʸs Youdaias pefugadeukota ton Youdan ethnaʸ sunemisgon agelaʸdon tōi Nikanori, tas tōn Youdaiōn atuⱪias kai sumforas, idias euaʸmerias dokountes esesthai. )

BrTr Then the heathen, that had fled out of Judea from Judas, came to Nicanor by flocks, thinking the harm and calamities of the Jews to be their welfare.

WEBBE Those in Judea who [fn]had driven Judas into exile thronged to Nicanor in flocks, supposing that the misfortunes and calamities of the Jews would be successes to themselves.
