BrLXXὉ δὲ βασιλεὺς ἔκθυμος γενόμενος, καὶ ταῖς τοῦ παμπονήρου ἐρεθισθεὶς διαβολαῖς, ἔγραψε Νικάνορι φάσκων, ὑπὲρ μὲν τῶν συνθηκῶν βαρέως φέρειν, κελεύων δὲ τὸν Μακκαβαῖον δέσμιον ἐξαποστέλλειν ταχέως εἰς Ἀντιόχειαν.
   (Ho de basileus ekthumos genomenos, kai tais tou pamponaʸrou erethistheis diabolais, egrapse Nikanori faskōn, huper men tōn sunthaʸkōn bareōs ferein, keleuōn de ton Makkabaion desmion exapostellein taⱪeōs eis Antioⱪeian. )
