BrLXXΚαὶ κακόμοχθος θεὸν μάταιον ἐκ τοῦ αὐτοῦ πλάσσει πηλοῦ, ὃς πρὸ μικροῦ ἐκ γῆς γεννηθεὶς μετʼ ὀλίγον πορεύεται ἐξ ἧς ἐλήφθη, τὸ τῆς ψυχῆς ἀπαιτηθεὶς χρέος.
   (Kai kakomoⱪthos theon mataion ek tou autou plassei paʸlou, hos pro mikrou ek gaʸs gennaʸtheis metʼ oligon poreuetai ex haʸs elaʸfthaʸ, to taʸs psuⱪaʸs apaitaʸtheis ⱪreos. )

BrTrAnd employing his labours lewdly, he maketh a vain god of the same clay, even he which a little before was made of earth himself, and within a little while after returneth to the same, out of the which he was taken, when his life which was lent him shall be demanded.
