OET (OET-LV) Be_honouring the father of_you and the mother (which is command the_first with a_promise),
OET (OET-RV) Honour your father and mother (that’s the first commandment that’s followed by a promise)
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / you
The command in verse one is plural. Then in verses two and three Paul quotes from the law of Moses. Moses was talking to the people of Israel as though they were one person, so your and you are singular there. If that does not make sense, you may need to translate them as plurals.
6:1-4 The relationship between parents and children is to be a reflection of their devotion to the Lord. Christian children are to obey their parents, and Christian parents are to discipline their children gently (see Col 3:20-21).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Greek words that they’re translated from.
