Here Paul uses the spatial metaphor in Christ Jesus to describe the union of believers with Christ Jesus. Alternate translation: “and that are united to Christ Jesus” or “and that are in union with Christ Jesus”

Alternate translation: “the Jews who did not believe in Jesus” or “the Jews who opposed Jesus”
