Zechariah is presenting a possible condition, that the people may or may not think it is good to give him his wages. Use a natural form in your language for introducing a condition that could happen. Alternate translation: [If it is good in your eyes, then give my wages; but if it is not good, then refrain]

אִם ט֧וֹב בְּעֵינֵיכֶ֛ם
if good in,eyes_of,your(pl)
Zechariah is using good in your eyes as a common expression of the culture to mean that something seems good or right to a person. If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [If you consider it good]

thirty silver
In ancient times, a piece of silver was a coin or weight of silver called a shekel, which weighed about 11 grams, or about a third of an ounce. You could try to express this in terms of modern money values, but if you did, that could cause your Bible translation to become outdated and inaccurate, since those values can change over time. Instead, you might say something general like “thirty silver coins,” or give the equivalent weight, or use the term in the text and give the weight in a note.
OET (OET-LV) And_I_said to_them if it_is_good in_eyes_of_your(pl) give wage[s]_of_my and_if not refrain and_they_weighed_out DOM wage[s]_of_my thirty silver.
OET (OET-RV) Then I told them, “If it seems good to you, give me my wages, but if not, don’t bother.” So they paid me thirty silver coins.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
