OET (OET-RV) All the land will be like the plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Yerushalem. Yerushalem will continue to be in the hills and remain in its own place, from the Benyamin Gate to the place where the first gate was, to the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hanan’el to the king’s wine-pressing pits.

Zechariah is using the two extremes of the land of Judah, Geba in the north and Rimmon in the south, to mean all of the land between them. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [from one end of the land to the other]

יִסּ֨וֹב כָּל־הָאָ֤רֶץ כָּעֲרָבָה֙
changed all/each/any/every the=earth/land like,Arabah
The point of this comparison is that just as the Arabah is a flat plain, so the land around Jerusalem will become flat. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [All the land will become as flat as the Arabah plain]
Note 3 topic: writing-pronouns
וְֽרָאֲמָה֩ וְיָשְׁבָ֨ה תַחְתֶּ֜יהָ
and,it_will_rise and,it_will_remain in,its_place
The pronoun it refers to Jerusalem, not to the land that will become flat. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [But Jerusalem will rise up and will dwell in its place]

The words the Gate of Benjamin, the First Gate, the Gate of the Corners, and the Tower of Hananel are the names of places in Jerusalem.

Zechariah is referring to all of Jerusalem by naming two extremes, the Gate of Benjamin and the winepresses of the king. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [throughout the whole city]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
