Here “feet” represents Yahweh. Alternate translation: “he will stand on the Mount of Olives”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
(Occurrence 0) The Mount of Olives will be split … by a very great valley
(Some words not found in UHB: and,stand feet_of,his in_the=day (the)=that on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in mount_of the,olives which/who on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in face/surface_of Yerushalayim from=east and,split mount_of the,olives in,two_of,its east,from and,west,to valley_of wide very and,move half_of the,mountain north,toward and,half_of,him south,toward )
If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “The presences of Yahweh will split the Mount of Olives … causing there to be a very great valley”
14:4 Jesus ascended into heaven from the Mount of Olives, and the angels’ message to Jesus’ disciples (Acts 1:11-12) implied that he would return in a similar fashion.
• Zechariah envisions an earthquake that will split apart the Mount of Olives and create a valley running east and west through the fissure. This valley will become an escape route for Hebrews fleeing Jerusalem during the assault by the nations (Zech 14:5). This event is probably connected to the return of Jesus at the end of the age (see Matt 24; Rev 6:12; 11:13; 16:18).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
