OET (OET-LV) And_flee the_valley_of mountain_of_my if/because the_valley_of it_will_reach mountains to ʼĀʦal and_flee just_as you_all_fled from_face/in_front_of the_earthquake in/on/at/with_days_of ˊUzziyyāh the_king_of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) and_come YHWH god_of_my all_of holy_ones with_you.
OET (OET-RV) Then you all will flee down the valley between Yahweh’s mountains, because the valley between those mountains will reach to Azel. You will flee just like you fled from the earthquake in the days of Yehudah’s King Uzziyah. Then my God Yahweh will come and all the holy ones will be with him.
These verses continue the description of the final war for the city of Jerusalem and of how God will save her.

14:5 Some identify Azal (Hebrew ’atsal) as a district on the northeast side of Jerusalem inhabited by descendants of Azel (1 Chr 8:37-39; 9:43-44). Others emend the Hebrew to ’etsel, “alongside” or “the side [of it].”
• The date of the earthquake in the days of King Uzziah is unknown, but Amos began his ministry two years before it (Amos 1:1).
• The holy ones are probably the multitude of angels that worship God and serve as his army (see Ps 89:5, 7).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
