BrLXX Γενομένης δὲ καρτερᾶς μάχης, καὶ τῶν περὶ τὸν Ἰούδαν διὰ τὴν παρὰ τοῦ Θεοῦ βοήθειαν εὐημερησάντων, ἐλαττωθέντες οἱ Νομάδες Ἄραβες ἠξίουν δοῦναι τὸν Ἰούδαν δεξιὰν αὐτοῖς, ὑπισχνούμενοι καὶ βοσκήματα δώσειν, καὶ ἐν τοῖς λοιποῖς ὠφελήσειν αὐτούς.
(Genomenaʸs de karteras maⱪaʸs, kai tōn peri ton Youdan dia taʸn para tou Theou boaʸtheian euaʸmeraʸsantōn, elattōthentes hoi Nomades Arabes aʸxioun dounai ton Youdan dexian autois, hupisⱪnoumenoi kai boskaʸmata dōsein, kai en tois loipois ōfelaʸsein autous. )
BrTr Whereupon there was a very sore battle; but Judas' side by the help of God got the victory; so that the Nomades of Arabia, being overcome, besought Judas for peace, promising both to give him cattle, and to pleasure him otherwise.
