BrLXX Δωσίθεος δὲ καὶ Σωσίπατρος τῶν περὶ τὸν Μακκαβαῖον ἡγεμόνων, ἐξοδεύσαντες ἀπώλεσαν τοὺς ὑπὸ Τιμοθέου καταλειφθέντας ἐν τῷ ὀχυρώματι πλείους τῶν μυρίων ἀνδρῶν.
(Dōsitheos de kai Sōsipatros tōn peri ton Makkabaion haʸgemonōn, exodeusantes apōlesan tous hupo Timotheou kataleifthentas en tōi oⱪurōmati pleious tōn muriōn andrōn. )

BrTr Howbeit Dositheus and Sosipater, who were of Maccabeus' captains, went forth, and slew those that Timotheus had left in the fortress, above ten thousand men.
