11 And is faith of _ being_ hoped the _ assurance , of _ matters the _ conviction not being _ seen .
2 In for this were _ attested the elders .
3 By _ faith we _ are_ understanding to _ have_ prepared the ages by _ the _ message of _ god , because/for which not from being _ seen , the being _ seen to _ have_ become .
4 By _ faith a _ more excellent sacrifice , Abel/(Heⱱel) than Kain/(Qayin) offered to _ the _ god , through which he _ was_ attested to _ be righteous , testifying to the gifts of _ him the of _ god , and through it , having _ died_ off still he _ is_ speaking .
5 By _ faith Enōⱪ/(Ḩₐnōk) was _ translated , which not to _ see death :
and not was _ being_ found , because translated him the god , because/for before the changing , he _ has_ been_ attested to _ have_ pleased to _ the _ god .
6 And without faith , impossible it _ is to _ please him , because/for to _ believe it _ is_ fitting the approaching to _ the _ god that he _ is , and to _ the seeking _ out him , a _ rewarder is _ becoming .
7 By _ faith having _ been_ warned , Nōe/(Noaḩ) , concerning the not _ yet being _ seen , having _ been_ devout , prepared an _ box for the _ salvation of _ the household of _ him , by which he _ condemned the world , and of _ the according _ to faith righteousness , became heir .
8 By _ faith being _ called , Abraʼam/(ʼAⱱrāhām) , submitted to _ come_ out into a _ place that he _ was_ going to _ be_ receiving for an _ inheritance , and came _ out not knowing where he _ is_ coming .
9 By _ faith he _ sojourned in the _ land of _ the promise as a _ stranger , in tents having _ dwelt with Isaʼak/(Yiʦḩāq) and Yakōb/(Yaˊₐqoⱱ) , the fellow-heirs of _ the promise the same , 10 for/because he _ was_ awaiting the the foundations having city , of _ which the _ craftsman and builder is the god .
11 By _ faith even herself Sarra/(Sārāh) power for the _ conception of _ seed received , also beyond time of _ age , because faithful she _ considered the having _ promised .
12 Therefore also from one man they _ were_ born , and these having _ been_ made_ dead :
as the stars of _ the sky the in _ multitude , and as the sand , which by the lip of _ the sea , the innumerable .
13 In faith died _ off these all , not having _ accepted the promises , but from _ afar them having _ seen , and having _ greeted , and having _ confessed , that strangers and aliens they _ are on the earth .
14 For/Because the such saying , are _ manifesting that a _ homeland they _ are_ seeking_ after .
15 And if on _ one_ hand of _ that they _ are_ remembering from which they _ walked_ out , they _ were_ having would time to _ return .
16 On _ the_ other_ hand now of _ a _ better homeland they _ are_ aspiring , this is of _ a _ heavenly homeland .
Therefore not is _ being_ ashamed of _ them the god , god to _ be_ being_ called of _ them , because/for he _ prepared for _ them a _ city .
17 By _ faith has _ offered Abraʼam/(ʼAⱱrāhām) the Isaʼak/(Yiʦḩāq) being _ tested , and his only _ begotten was _ offering , the the promises having _ accepted , 18 to whom it _ was_ spoken , that In Isaʼak will _ be_ being_ named to _ you descendants , 19 having _ counted that even from the _ dead to _ be_ raising him powerful was the god , whence him also in a _ parable he _ received_ back .
20 By _ faith also concerning coming , blessed Isaʼak , the Yakōb/(Yaˊₐqoⱱ) , and the Aʸsau/(ˊĒsāv) .
21 By _ faith Yakōb , dying _ off , each of _ the sons of _ Yōsaʸf/(Yōşēf) blessed , and prostrated on the extremity of _ the staff of _ him .
22 By _ faith Yōsaʸf , dying , concerning the exodus of _ the sons of _ Israaʸl/(Yisrāʼēl ) remembered , and concerning the bones of _ him commanded .
23 By _ faith Mōsaʸs/(Mosheh) , having _ been_ born , was _ hidden for _ three_ month by the fathers of _ him , because they _ saw beautiful the little _ child was , and not they _ were_ afraid of _ the edict of _ the king .
24 By _ faith Mōsaʸs , great having _ become , disowned to _ be_ being_ called the _ son of _ the _ daughter of _ Faraō/(Farˊoh) , 25 rather having _ chosen to _ be_ suffering_ hardship_ with with _ the people of _ the _ god , than the _ temporary to _ be_ having of _ sin enjoyment , 26 greater riches than having _ considered the of _ Aiguptos/(Miʦrayim) treasures , the derision of _ the chosen _ one/messiah , because/for he _ was_ looking toward the reward .
27 By _ faith he _ left Aiguptos , not having _ been_ afraid of _ the rage of _ the king , because/for the invisible as seeing , he _ endured .
28 By _ faith he _ has_ made the passover _ feast and the sprinkling of _ the blood , in _ order_ that not the destroying the firstborn may _ touch of _ them .
29 By _ faith they _ passed_ through the Red Sea , as through dry land , of _ which a _ trial having _ taken , the Aiguptosians were _ swallowed_ up .
30 By _ faith the walls of _ Yeriⱪō/(Yə rīḩō) fell , having _ been_ surrounded for seven days .
31 By _ faith Ɽaⱪab/(Rāḩāⱱ) the prostitute not perished _ with with _ the having _ disbelieved , having _ received the spies with peace .
32 And what more I _ may_ be_ saying ?
Will _ be_ failing for me describing the time , concerning Gedeōn/(Gidˊōn) , Barak/(Bārāq) , Sampsōn/(Shimshōn) , Yefthae/(Yiftāḩ) , Dawid/(Dāvid) both and Samouaʸl/(Shə mūʼēl ) , and the prophets , 33 who by faith conquered kingdoms , did righteousness , obtained by _ promises , shut the _ mouths of _ lions , 34 extinguished the _ power of _ fire , escaped the _ mouths of _ the _ sword , were _ enabled from weakness , were _ become mighty in war , the _ armies routed of _ strangers .
35 They _ received back women by resurrection the dead of _ them , and others were _ tortured , not having _ accepted their redemption , in _ order_ that of _ a _ better resurrection they _ may_ obtain , 36 and others of _ mockings and of _ floggings trial received , and still of _ bonds and prison .
37 They _ were_ stoned , they _ were_ sawn , they _ were_ tempted , by murder of _ the _ sword they _ died_ off , they _ went_ around in sheepskins , in goat skins , being _ deficient , being _ oppressed , being _ mistreated , 38 of _ whom not was worthy the world , in wildernesss being _ strayed , and mountains , and caves , and the holes of _ the earth .
39 And these all having _ been_ attested through their faith , not they _ received_ back the promise , 40 of _ the _ god for us better some having _ foreseen , in _ order_ that not apart _ from us they _ may_ be_ perfected .
