Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / possession
דָמָ֜יו מִפִּ֗יו
blood(s)_of,its from,mouth_of,its
Yahweh is using the possessive form to describe the blood that is in the Philistines’ mouth. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [the blood that is in his mouth]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / simile
וְהָיָה֙ כְּאַלֻּ֣ף בִּֽיהוּדָ֔ה וְעֶקְר֖וֹן כִּיבוּסִֽי
and=it_was like,a_chief in,Judah and,Ekron [will,be]_like_a_Jebusite
The point of these comparisons is that just as a clan in Judah belongs fully to Yahweh’s people, so the surviving Philistines will belong to Yahweh’s people, and just as a Jebusite was absorbed into Israel, so Ekron will be absorbed among them. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [and the surviving Philistines will belong to Yahweh’s people just as a clan in Judah does, and the people of Ekron will be absorbed among them just as the Jebusites were]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
וַהֲסִרֹתִ֨י דָמָ֜יו מִפִּ֗יו וְשִׁקֻּצָיו֙ מִבֵּ֣ין שִׁנָּ֔יו
and,I_will_remove blood(s)_of,its from,mouth_of,its and,its_detestable_of,things from,between teeth_of,its
Here, his blood and his abominations represent “the meat with blood in it and the food sacrificed to idols that the Philistines ate.” If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [And I will remove the meat with blood in it from his mouth and the food sacrificed to idols from between his teeth]
Note 4 topic: writing-pronouns
וַהֲסִרֹתִ֨י דָמָ֜יו מִפִּ֗יו
and,I_will_remove blood(s)_of,its from,mouth_of,its
The pronoun his refers to the Philistine people, who are spoken of here as a single group. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [And I will remove the Philistine people’s blood from his mouth]
