OET (OET-LV)And_how will_he_be_righteous a_person with god and_how will_he_be_pure [one]_born of_a_woman.

OET (OET-RV) How can a person be innocent before God?
⇔ How could a human born from a women be pure?

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion

וּמַה־יִּצְדַּ֣ק אֱנ֣וֹשׁ עִם־אֵ֑ל וּמַה־יִּ֝זְכֶּ֗ה יְל֣וּד אִשָּֽׁה

and,how righteous ʼₑnōshh with god and,how pure born woman/wife

Bildad is using the question form for emphasis. If you would not use the question form for that purpose in your language, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: “A man cannot be righteous with God! One born of a woman cannot be clean!”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / gendernotations

אֱנ֣וֹשׁ

ʼₑnōshh

Here the masculine term man has a generic sense that includes both men and women. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use language in your translation that is clearly inclusive of both men and women. Alternate translation: “a person”

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

יְל֣וּד אִשָּֽׁה

born woman/wife

See how you translated this expression in 15:14. Alternate translation: “a mortal”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

25:4 Eliphaz had said that it is nearly impossible to be innocent or pure (4:17-19; 15:14-16), and then only after suffering (22:21-23). Bildad claimed that only the totally blameless could hope to be pure (8:20).
