Here the word seed is a reference to one’s children. Whether semen was thought of to resemble plant seed is unclear, although the same word is used to refer to both. (See [11:37](../11/37.md) and [15:16](../15/16.md) for reference.) If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [A man from your children] or [One of your male children]

The phrase to their generations refers to the descendants of Aaron who will be priests. Use an expression for this that would be natural in your language. Alternate translation: [throughout the generations of the descendants of Aaron who will be priests]

Here the verb present comes from the same root as the verb draw near. This construction is used for emphasis. You may be able to use the same construction in your language to express the meaning. Alternatively, your language may have another way of showing emphasis. Alternate translation: [shall not ever draw near to present] or [should never approach the altar in order to present]
