Here, But now introduces what is true, in contrast to the hypothetical situations Paul offered in the last verse ([12:17](../12/17.md)). Here, the word now does not refer to time. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express But now with a word or phrase that introduces reality in contrast to a hypothetical situation. Alternate translation: [In reality, though,] or [As it really is,]

Here Paul interrupts his sentence to include each one of them. In Paul’s culture, this interruption emphasized each one of them.
