⇔ yet, scared with the creeping of vermin and hissing of serpents,
BrLXX Καὶ γὰρ εἰ μηδὲν αὐτοὺς ταραχῶδες ἐφόβει, κνωδάλων παρόδοις καὶ ἑρπετῶν συριγμοῖς ἐκσεσοβημένοι,

BrTr For though no terrible thing did fear them; yet being scared with beasts that passed by, and hissing of serpents,
