just=as he/it_went_forth from,the_womb_of his/its=mother naked again to=go just,as,he_came

The point of this comparison is that just as he went out from the womb of his mother, naked, entering the world with nothing, so also he will go again and leave the world with nothing. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [Just as he came out of his mother’s womb with nothing, so he will leave this world with nothing]
