The words that Moses is to speak contain a quotation within a quotation. If it would be clearer in your language, you could translate this so that there is not a quotation within a quotation. Alternate translation: [Yahweh is giving to him his covenant of peace]

here,I grant to=him/it

Yahweh is using Behold me, giving as a common expression of the culture to indicate that he is about to do something, in this case, that he is now giving Phinehas his covenant. If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I am about to give to him]

בְּרִיתִ֖⁠י שָׁלֽוֹם

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of peace, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [my covenant that he will prosper peacefully]
