OET (OET-LV) And every creature which in the heaven, and on the earth, and beneath the earth, and on the sea, and the things in them all, I_heard saying:
To_the one sitting on the throne and to_the lamb be the blessing, and the honour, and the glory, and the dominion, to the ages of_the ages.
OET (OET-RV) Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth, and under the earth and in the sea—everything everywhere—saying,
⇔ “Too the one sitting on the throne
⇔ and to the lamb,
⇔ be praise and honour and GLORY and power
⇔ forever and ever.”
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / parallelism
πᾶν κτίσμα ὃ ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ, καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, καὶ ὑποκάτω τῆς γῆς, καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς θαλάσσης, καὶ τὰ ἐν αὐτοῖς πάντα
every creature which in ¬the heaven and on the earth and beneath the earth and on the sea and the_‹things› in them all
The phrase everything in them means basically the same thing as the phrase every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea. The second phrase emphasizes the meaning of the first phrase by repeating the same idea with different words. John is describing his vision in a way reminiscent of Hebrew poetry, which was based on this kind of repetition. It would be good to show this to your readers by including both phrases in your translation rather than combining them. However, if the repetition might be confusing, you could connect the phrases with a word other than and in order to show that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. Alternate translation: [every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, yes, everything in them]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / merism
ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ, καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, καὶ ὑποκάτω τῆς γῆς
in ¬the heaven and on the earth and beneath the earth
John is using the main components of creation—heaven, earth, the underworld, and the sea—to mean all of creation. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. See how you translated the similar expression in 5:3. Alternate translation: [everywhere in creation]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns
τῷ καθημένῳ ἐπὶ τῷ θρόνῳ καὶ τῷ Ἀρνίῳ ἡ εὐλογία, καὶ ἡ τιμὴ, καὶ ἡ δόξα, καὶ τὸ κράτος
¬the ˱to˲_the_‹one› sitting on ˱to˲_the (Some words not found in SR-GNT: καὶ πᾶν κτίσμα ὃ ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ ὑποκάτω τῆς γῆς καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς θαλάσσης καὶ τὰ ἐν αὐτοῖς πάντα ἤκουσα λέγοντας τῷ καθημένῳ ἐπὶ τοῦ θρόνου καὶ τῷ Ἀρνίῳ ἡ εὐλογία καὶ ἡ τιμὴ καὶ ἡ δόξα καὶ τὸ κράτος εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων)
If your language does not use abstract nouns for the idea of praise, honor, glory, and power, you could express the same ideas in another way. See how you translated the similar expressions in 4:11 and 5:12.
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων
to the ages ˱of˲_the ages
See how you translated the same expression in 1:18. Alternate translation: [forever]
5:13 The second antiphonal response resounds from every creature, even those under the earth (the place of the dead) and in the sea (usually associated with evil), possibly implying a mandatory response even by those in rebellion against God (Isa 45:23-25; Rom 14:11; Phil 2:10-11).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
