OET (OET-RV) Then the four living creatures said, “May it be so,” and the elders knelt down and worshipped.

οἱ πρεσβύτεροι ἔπεσαν καὶ προσεκύνησαν
the elders fell and prostrated
Some ancient manuscripts read the elders fell down and worshiped. ULT follows that reading. Other ancient manuscripts add “the one who lives to the ages of the ages.” If a translation of the Bible exists in your region, you may wish to use the reading that it has. If a translation of the Bible does not exist in your region, you may wish to use the reading of ULT.

ἀμήν!
Amen
See how you translated Amen in 1:6.
Note 3 topic: translate-symaction
ἔπεσαν
fell
Alternate translation: “bowed down respectfully”
5:14 The dramatic introduction of the Lamb (5:1-14) closes with the living beings (4:6-9). Their Amen affirms the truth of what John had seen, as the twenty-four elders prostrate themselves in worship.
OET (OET-RV) Then the four living creatures said, “May it be so,” and the elders knelt down and worshipped.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Greek words that they’re translated from.
