BrLXXἈλλʼ ὁ λαὸς ἐδίψησε σφόδρα, καὶ ἠνάγκασαν ποιῆσαι ἡμᾶς καθὰ ἐλαλήσαμεν αὐτοῖς, καὶ ἀπαγαγεῖν ὅρκον ἐφʼ ἡμᾶς, ὃν οὐ παραβησόμεθα.
   (Allʼ ho laos edipsaʸse sfodra, kai aʸnagkasan poiaʸsai haʸmas katha elalaʸsamen autois, kai apagagein horkon efʼ haʸmas, hon ou parabaʸsometha. )
