OET (OET-LV)And_order the_priest/officer and_wash DOM that_which in/on/over_him/it the_disease and_put_aside_it seven_of days a_second.

OET (OET-RV)

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / ellipsis

וְצִוָּה֙ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן

and,order the=priest/officer

This expression leaves out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. Here, the priest is telling the people what to do with household items that were infected with mold or mildew. You could supply these words from earlier in the sentence if it would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [then the priest shall command the people what they must do]

אֵ֥ת אֲשֶׁר־בּ֖וֹ הַנָּ֑גַע

DOM which/who in/on/over=him/it the,disease

Alternate translation: [whichever item has the mold or mildew on it]

Note 2 topic: translate-ordinal

שִׁבְעַת־ יָמִ֖ים שֵׁנִֽית׃

seven_of days (Some words not found in UHB: and,order the=priest/officer and,wash DOM which/who in/on/over=him/it the,disease and,put_~_aside,it seven_of days another )

The word second is the ordinal form of the number two. Alternate translation: [for seven days once again]

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

13:47-59 The rainy season in Israel, when the weather is humid and cool, extends from mid-October through March. Mildew flourishes during this time, and the spores can trigger serious allergic reactions, posing a health problem. The regulations for mildew in clothing were similar to those for infections in people. If the mildew showed signs of spreading, it was serious. If it could be stopped or washed or cut out, a garment could be saved. This process was also similar to the treatment of rot and mold in buildings (14:33-53).
