thus he/it_had_said YHWH armies/messengers jealous for,Zion

If it would be clearer in your language, you could translate this so that there is not a quotation within a quotation. In this verse, Zechariah is quoting what Yahweh says directly. Alternate translation: [I, Yahweh of hosts, am passionate for Zion]

The phrase Thus says Yahweh of Armies introduces a direct quotation from Yahweh. In your translation, use a natural way of introducing direct quotations in your language.

These two clauses mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words.
