⇔ and it remained with him to his old age,
⇔ so that he entered the hill country,
⇔ and his offspring obtained it for an inheritance,
BrLXX Καὶ ἔδωκεν ὁ Κύριος τῷ Χαλὲβ ἰσχὺν, καὶ ἕως γήρους διέμεινεν αὐτῷ, ἐπιβῆναι αὐτὸν ἐπὶ ὕψος τῆς γῆς, καὶ τὸ σπέρμα αὐτοῦ κατέσχε κληρονομίαν·
(Kai edōken ho Kurios tōi Ⱪaleb isⱪun, kai heōs gaʸrous diemeinen autōi, epibaʸnai auton epi hupsos taʸs gaʸs, kai to sperma autou katesⱪe klaʸronomian; )
BrTr The Lord gave strength also unto Caleb, which remained with him unto his old age: so that he entered upon the high places of the land, and his seed obtained it for an heritage:
