OET (OET-RV) After some years, they’ll forge an alliance—the daughter of the southern king will come to the northern (Syrian) king to make an agreement. But she won’t be able to retain her power, and he won’t be able to continue in his strength. She’ll be handed over, along with her attendants and her child, and the man who supported her in those times.

וְתִנָּתֵ֨ן הִ֤יא
and,given_up she/it
This appears to refer to a plot to kill her and those who made the alliance. This phrase may be expressed in active form. Alternate translation: “They will abandon her”
11:6 An alliance was formed between Antiochus II Theos, the king of the north (261–246 BC), and Ptolemy II Philadelphus, the king of the south (284–246 BC). Antiochus married Ptolemy’s daughter Berenice Syra in 250 BC, then abandoned her in 246 BC. She and Antiochus were then murdered.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
