The expression a daughter of her year is an idiom that refers to an animal that is a year old. If your language has a similar idiom, consider using it here. If not, state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and an unblemished female lamb that is a year old] or [and a perfect female lamb that is twelve months of age]

Although the measurement is not explicitly listed here, the flour is likely to be measured in ephahs. One ephah was about 23 liters, so three tenth parts of an ephah would amount to almost seven liters of flour.
