As in 5:13, the covenant speaks of the commitments the people are making as if they were living things that could stand, that is, stay in place rather than go away. The people are saying that they will make sure this commitment does not “go away.” Alternate translation: “we are making a firm commitment”

In ancient times, a silver shekel weighed about 11 grams or about a third of an ounce. You could try to express this in terms of modern money values, but if you did, that could cause your Bible translation to become outdated and inaccurate over time since those values can change from year to year. Instead, you could give the equivalent weight or use the biblical term in the text and give the weight in a note. Alternate translation: “a third of a shekel each year” or “four grams of silver each year”
Note 4 topic: translate-fraction
שְׁלִשִׁ֥ית הַשֶּׁ֖קֶל
(Some words not found in UHB: and,peoples_of the=earth/land the,bring DOM the,merchandise and=all grain in/on=day the,sabbath to,sell not buy from=them in/on/at/with,sabbath and,in/on/at/with,day_of holy and,forego DOM the,year the,seventh and,debt_of all hand )
A third means one part out of three equal parts.

The abstract noun service describes all the things needed for worship in the temple, as listed in the next verse. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate the idea behind this word with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: “everything that is needed for worship in the temple”
Note 6 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
בֵּ֥ית אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ

As in 6:10 and 8:16, here the covenant speaks of the temple as the house of God, as if it were God’s dwelling place. Alternate translation: “the temple”
